Last week, Bonsai Robotics had the pleasure of showcasing our autonomy in action with citrus growers in Murrami, NSW, Australia. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to engage with such forward-thinking growers and partners. Had a great day at the Australian Citrus Congress, showcasing Bonsai Robotics vision-based autonomy on an Orchard Machinery Corporation AR500. We demoed a hydraulically driven Air-O-Fan Products Corp. 4600L GB2/32 blast sprayer with Insero variable fan and pump control—highlighting how intelligent automation is shaping the future of orchard operations. We are thrilled to announce our collaborative effort with Topcon Agriculture. By combining our optics with their advanced sensors, growers will gain unprecedented, real-time output of their orchards —down to the per-tree level— without needing to change their practices or adopt complex new technology. We believe the future of agriculture should feel effortless, and with Topcon’s collaboration, we’re making that vision a reality.

We’re excited to announce that we have secured $15 million in Series A funding led by Bison Ventures with participation from Cibus Capital LLP and all of our existing VC partners Acre Venture Partners, Congruent Ventures, E14 Fund, Fall Line Capital, SNR, and Serra Ventures, LLC. This funding will help us scale our AI-powered solutions and expand our impact in the agricultural sector as we continue to revolutionize the way farming operations are optimized. Our Co-Founder and CEO Tyler Niday: “We have made significant progress building our AI model and data set for autonomous orchard management since our seed round of funding a year ago, so this additional funding is strong validation of the incredible work our team has accomplished and our future growth prospects.
