Country Club Receptionist Bonnie Briar Country Club, a cherished sanctuary for 470 members since 1921, proudly stands as a premier family-centric club nestled in the heart of Westchester County, New York. We seek a dynamic service driven individual to join our team. This individual will provide friendly and courteous service to members and guests. He/she will operate the Club's switchboard efficiently and pleasantly, employing excellent phone etiquette. This position involves multitasking. ' Responsibilities and Duties: Primary Duties · Greet and converse with all members in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. · Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information. · Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents · Monitor front desk and lobby area · Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers · Create reservations for members · Assist the Office Manager with miscellaneous tasks · This individual constantly communicates with members, guests, colleagues, and managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information Skills and Abilities Required: · Willingness to learn and adapt to varied and added responsibilities. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent time management · Accuracy and attention to detail along with a strong sense of hospitality are required. Certification/Education and Experience: · Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred. · Basic computer skills Working Condition: · Must be available to work holidays and weekends. · Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm with flexibility.
