I often volunteer to pick up friends and family members from the airport, and now with my bride working there, I’m in the area more often. When I have to waste time, I don’t sit in the airport cell phone, I typically drive over and visit the Angel of Hope Monument at BONNEY WATSON. As a family who received incredible support from Tears Foundation during the loss of our sister, we often visit this monument, pray, and take a moment to just reflect at the names listed. I will often complete my time by just driving around. Yesterday, I noticed a new item, a Grief Library. I stopped, got out, and checked it out. It was easy to find something that could be of use to me due to the sticker color system that they have. These last 15 months I’ve struggled to grasp the expected, yet difficult loss of my father. This was the first book I picked up, and when I read the entry, I finally thought “someone that gets me.” I read through some pages last night, and I will continue reading more in the coming days. I am so grateful to have this resource, thank you to the team that made this possible. ??

On January 11th, we had the pleasure of hosting an insightful Advanced Planning presentation at Michael Florentino Cellars.
