Courtney brings a wealth of experience in leadership, project management, and community engagement to the Chamber. With a strong background in nonprofit management and membership development, she is passionate about fostering collaboration and helping businesses thrive. Previously, Courtney served as the Executive Director for the Iowa Mental Health Counselors Association, where she successfully expanded membership, led strategic planning efforts, and managed key projects. Her skills in communication, budgeting, and relationship-building make her a perfect fit to lead our Chamber into its next chapter. When I first started living and working here, leaving town for just about everything was the norm. Now? I don’t have to leave if I don’t want to. Bondurant isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a growing, thriving community full of incredible small businesses. As a steward of this community, I make it a priority to support Chamber members as much as possible. It’s not just about convenience (though that’s a huge bonus); it’s about knowing that my support truly matters to these local businesses.
