BOMA Greater Tampa Bay Toby Awards last Friday was blast! Thankful for great clients and great business partnerships.

We’re proud to announce that Edison Suncoast owned by TPA Group, LLC has won The Building of the Year in the Under 100,000 SF Office category! Despite a challenging start in 2020 with the building receiving its Certificate of Completion, our team at Cushman & Wakefield has worked tirelessly to address post-construction warranty items and complete over 60,000 SF in tenant improvements over the last two years. Today, Edison Suncoast is 66% occupied, and we continue to drive success for both our tenants and the building. Special thanks to my team: Alexa Lopez Cruz, Assistant Property Manager, and Joe Strom, Building Engineer, for their dedication and hard work in keeping Edison Suncoast a top-tier property.
