Meet the inspiration behind our new ticker symbol, $BSLK. b-silk is a fully biodegradable and vegan versatile functional ingredient for the beauty industry. ? It’s a novel protein polymer inspired by the same proteins found in spider webs. Our proprietary polypeptide effectively replaces silicone elastomers in a broad range of formulations, while adding active benefits to skin, hair, and other applications. By producing b-silk in a sustainable, closed-loop process, we can help the industry move away from petroleum-based materials and chemicals and start to write a better future for our planet.
