Exciting Partnership News! Bolder Options is thrilled to partner with Compass Pro Bono once again this spring! Previously, they supported us in developing our strategic plan, and now they’re helping us assess and improve our human resources processes to support our growing team. This week, their team joined us for two special moments—celebrating our amazing mentee-mentor pairs at a graduation ceremony and engaging in our Q1 board meeting. We’re grateful for their expertise and commitment to making a difference! ??

Bolder Options celebrated our three year partnership with Social Venture Partners Minnesota today over lunch! SVP skilled volunteers worked with Bolder from 2022-2024 improving strategies for mentor recruitment, corporate partnerships, and supporting youth and participant engagement in our strategic planning process. We are so grateful for their time, talents, generosity, and friendship!

??????We’re beyond excited to welcome Dominique Pierre-Toussaint (Mr. Neek), Emmanuel Kannah and Olivia Zindren to the Bolder Options family as our newest Mentor Program Coordinators in our Twin Cities location! TyTeeona, a past mentee and now a valued team member, took the stage to share her inspiring journey—growing from a young participant in Bolder Options to a leader in our community.
