    Big Meeting 2024 has come and gone and we are a bit speechless. By the talent that was displayed, the passion and energy in the room (and the number of people ??), by the way our team serves and shows up for each other. As a company of 300+ spread across the globe, these moments together are so precious. We used the time to learn and develop, to align on our goals for 2025, but mostly importantly to laugh, dance, celebrate, and perform Grammy award-winning karaoke numbers. While there were countless highlights, we have to spotlight: ? Our outstanding Values Awards winners (stay tuned for more on them) ? Our teammates who led training sessions and some unbelievably creative activity groups (from cake decorating to rock climbing to scavenger hunts!) ? John O'Leary's powerful and inspiring message ? The Harvest Band bringing down the house on opening night ? Our amazing Tunisian teammates who traveled across the world to join us And last but certainly not least... our amazing People & Culture team who poured their hearts into every detail! Each year this gathering reminds us that our greatest strength is our people, and being together is a gift. Now it's time to level up ??

  • If you’ve worked with Walmart Connect (WMC), you know the pain of the WMC and Luminate disconnect. Brands have been eagerly waiting for a bridge between the two—a way to link data at the customer ID level so we can build actionable insights and measure campaign impact, all in one streamlined loop. In early October, Walmart rolled out?Insights Activation in Luminate, and it could finally be that missing piece if it connects the two systems at the ID level. In theory, this would mean full control over audience creation and measurement. That’s the missing link needed to really unlock that elusive “insights-to-action” flywheel.     Omni-Commerce Leader | Empowering Brand Growth | Digital Transformation and Connected Commerce

    As we head into Q4, here’s something to keep in mind: Even Fortune 500 companies need to embrace a “bootstrap” mentality at times. When resources are tight, it’s easy to overthink or over-engineer your approach, but progress often trumps perfection. Keep moving forward, adapt, and get things live. Creative Assets are the heart and soul of how your brand comes to life across various mediums. But let’s be real—it can be expensive to constantly work with third-party vendors, and it’s equally time-consuming to rely solely on your internal team. With so many channels in play, it’s easy to over-prioritize a few and inadvertently neglect others. That’s why it’s essential to think strategically about best practices for creative execution. The key? Your creative should consistently align with your brand’s core message across all touch points. You don’t always need brand-new, custom creative for every channel. Instead, leverage a Key Visual (KV). This approach allows you (or your 3rd-party partner) to make small, strategic adjustments for different channel specs, instead of starting from scratch. For example, with minor tweaks to CTAs and copy, what started as a DTC web banner can easily be repurposed as a Social Media post, an Amazon Sponsored Brand banner, or even a PDP gallery image. By making thoughtful adjustments, you extend the life of your creative assets across channels without sacrificing brand consistency. Work smarter, not harder—and keep your message unified across the board.
