We’re thrilled to share the results of our collaboration with Swansea University, TEC Cymru, and Health Technology Wales on a groundbreaking AI triage software project backed by the NHS Accelerated Access Collaborative. Our work focused on evaluating an innovative AI tool designed to enhance patient triage at GP offices across the UK. Through comprehensive user research—including time and motion studies, ethnographic research, and in-depth interviews—we gained invaluable insights into how this technology integrates into real-world healthcare settings. ??
