Bold Idea is committed to meeting quality standards for mentoring that are safe and effective. We strive to follow the nationally recognized best practices, known as the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring? established by MENTOR , to support quality youth mentoring relationships. To achieve these standards, Bold Idea has been awarded the NQMS Silver Partner designation through participation in the National Quality Mentoring System (NQMS), a national continuous quality improvement process for mentoring programs, by:? Completion of a self-assessment about current quality program practices with alignment of 75% or more of applicable practices ? Participation in an NQMS review meeting facilitated by MENTOR Colorado ?
