We strive to follow the nationally recognized best practices, known as the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring? established by MENTOR , to support quality youth mentoring relationships. To achieve these standards, Bold Idea has been awarded the NQMS Silver Partner designation through participation in the National Quality Mentoring System (NQMS), a national continuous quality improvement process for mentoring programs, by:? Completion of a self-assessment about current quality program practices with alignment of 75% or more of applicable practices ? Participation in an NQMS review meeting facilitated by MENTOR Colorado ?
