A new chapter begins in the City of Fort Worth. The city hosted its first official council meeting inside the newly built Council Chamber, marking the ceremonial opening of the new Fort Worth City Hall. ? Project highlights: ??Adaptive reuse of the 20-story former Pier 1 Tower into a central civic hub ??A purpose-built Council Chamber and new public outdoor spaces ??Consolidation of city departments from 12 locations into one vertical campus ??Designed to foster transparency, innovation, and civic connection Congratulations to the City of Fort Worth on this significant milestone. BOKA Powell was honored to serve as prime architect, architect of record, and interior designer of record for the tower renovation and garage addition. We were proud to partner with Athenian Group, Linbeck Group, LLC, Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects (Council Chamber architect of record), and R.D.
