Call to Artists! BCT is actively seeking artists to display work in our lobby for the last two shows of our season. Form: https://lnkd.in/gjvsZQcg For our next show, A CASE FOR THE EXISTENCE OF GOD by Samuel D. Hunter, we'd love to feature art that depicts Twin Falls, yogurt, a factory, single dads and their daughters, meaningful conversations between two people, any connections with the material of the play. Ideally, your art should have a conversation with the theater that is playing. We love it when audience members tell us how they saw connections between what they experienced in our lobby and on our boards! Hurry- we're aiming for the next artist to hang their work before February 26, 2025. Know an artist who might be a good fit? Please forward! Thanks. #CASEBCT #SamuelDHunter #lobbyart #TwinFalls #IdahoArt #Yogurt #SingleDad #FamilyLand #calltoartists

As the wildfires continue to rage in and around Los Angeles, our hearts are heavy for our friends and colleagues as they face the recent devastation. Folks coming up to do our next play have had to evacuate. Other colleagues with direct and indirect ties to the BCT Family have lost their homes. Times like these serve as a reminder of how deeply connected we all are — and how much strength we can find in leaning on one another. To the cast and crew of ON THE OTHER HAND, WE'RE HAPPY, as well as others in the LA area who have been a part of BCT, know that we are sending our collective thoughts for a quick recovery and continued resolve. We are with you. For those who would like to help, here are a couple of trusted resources.
