Cobia Cove is taking shape! Once complete, this thoughtfully designed community will deliver 228 income- and rent-restricted homes to hardworking families in Holiday, Florida. Bohler’s Tampa team played a key role in overcoming the site’s unique technical and regulatory challenges, ensuring the project moved forward efficiently: ? Flood Mitigation: Designed an innovative flood routing system and utilized an internal wet pond to prevent offsite impacts. ? Site Access: Navigated complex permitting processes to create a new access point while designing a substantial retaining wall for site stability. ? Park Integration: Partnered with the county to incorporate public amenities, including a dog park, playground, pool, and multi-use trail for future residents. Supported by the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, Cobia Cove is a sustainable, community-focused development that will provide modern homes and quality amenities while preserving local wetlands and minimizing environmental impact.
