Last week, Bodman’s Jeff Raphelson was featured in a front-page article in the Detroit edition of the Legal News discussing his distinguished legal career and service as President of the Oakland County Bar Foundation. Jeff is a member of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Practice Group. Bodman was pleased to host the Michigan Venture Capital Association (MVCA) in our Ann Arbor office last week for a Board meeting followed by a mixer for MVCA friends and supporters.

Bodman’s John David Gardiner spoke today with the Northern Michigan Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (NMSHRM) on Pragmatic Policy-Based Practices for the Earned Sick Time Act (ESTA). John is the chair of the Workplace Law Group and represents employers throughout Michigan in a full range of labor and employment law matters including day to day employment law counseling, traditional labor law matters, the development of employer policies and practices, and employment-related litigation and dispute resolution processes.
