Early in his career, a visit to a family member employed by the IRS sparked his interest in working in the IRS mailroom. He envisioned it as an ideal long-term employment path. Fortuitously, BDI soon took over mailroom operations, presenting the exact opportunity Bill was seeking. Since joining the IRS team, Bill has earned accolades for his positive attitude and strong work ethic.
