The first European Style Organic Infant Formula that meets FDA standards. Founded by moms in the U.S.

关于我们

Bobbie is the first and only mom-founded and women-led infant formula company in the U.S. Our European-style recipe meets all FDA requirements, is made with pasture-raised milk from Organic Valley farms, and is the only infant formula to receive both the Clean Label Project’s Purity Award and Pesticide Free Certification. Bobbie is working to shake the stigma and evolve the conversation around how you feed your baby to one of confidence, not comparison, from how we feed to what we feed. We lost sleep over this so you don't have to.

Last Spring, Molly Baz woke up to discover her Times Square billboard for Swehl had been taken down. Her pregnant belly and milk-filled breasts were deemed inappropriate... Then Seed Health entered the chat and put her back up in solidarity to help us normalize pregnant bodies. Today, Baz is back on that same controversial Times Square Billboard (shoutout to OUTFRONT Media)—this time as a new mom with her baby, her boobs, and a bottle of Bobbie??? When we realized Molly was using Bobbie to combo feed her baby it was a no brainer to continue the conversation that our female founder friends have started: our bodies shouldn’t be policed and neither should our feeding choices. The choice to have Molly bare all was intentional. There is still work to do to help breastfeeding moms feel supported, especially when it comes to feeding in public. There is still work to do to help parents feel confident in their feeding choices—whatever that may be. There is still work to do to help formula feeding parents not feel second best. So let’s get to work??? Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eB3ZdCbv

It is not about a flashy billboard, but about continuing the conversation around the portrayal of parenthood in media, and the impact of that on culture. It is a conversation that is led by woman-owned companies, and one that we are proud to join. This year,?Molly Baz in partnership with Swehl and then Seed Health, built groundswell and virality around what is deemed “acceptable” of a woman on a billboard. Both companies are women and parent-owned and led. Motherhood in all its glory—pregnant bellies, lactation cookies, breasts nourishing a baby, shaking a bottle of formula—deserves space in the media. Front and center. In bright lights. In Times Square! It’s clear to us that when women run companies, we have the power to change the narrative. Thank you Molly for baring all and helping moms feel seen across the US! ??

Last Tuesday, we received a call from a staff member of?Mercy Chefs—also a Bobbie mom of twin boys—requesting donations for Hurricane Helene food disaster relief. We knew this was a call we had to answer and we needed to move quickly. Bobbie for Change sent 100+ cans of formula ?? Then we heard from?Big Little Feelings?who wanted to double down on supporting Hurricane Helene impacted families. Together, we committed to matching up to $10k in donations to Mercy Chefs and called on our collective community to help further. And the BLF and Bobbie communities did not disappoint. Leave it to parents to get sh*t done. In just 4 days, we / YOU raised $23,204 in donations from 800 individual donors. That means with our $10k match, more than $33k is going directly to feeding families in NC and Florida ?? On behalf of our teams and the heroes at?@mercychefs, thank you for all of your generous donations. We will continue to send love and support to all of those affected by Helene ?? Head here to hear the message from Megan Beckman that started it all: https://lnkd.in/eiQq449g

Sometimes you need to call the VP Supply Chain to the social media frontlines. Dominic Mills reported for duty ?? Tuesday's #portstrike brought a lot of panicked parents to our Customer Care team with questions. It's clear the emotional toll from the 2022 Formula Shortage is still fresh for so many. They want to know how this will impact supply, what to expect and if their subscription is protected. So we do what we do: we led with transparency and telling as much as we know in the moment. And we reminded our Bobbie fam of the subscription promise we held true all the way through the formula shortage of 2022, our own retail inventory earlier this year and yes, through an eastern seaboard port strike: When you subscribe to us, we subscribe to you. When you join Bobbie we plan for your baby's full feeding journey until their first birthday to ensure you never run out. We're also committed to keeping our retailers-- Target and Whole Foods Market-- fully stocked (port strike or not!). #Infantformula #supplychain #manufacturing #portstrike #americanmade

As Hurricane Helene continues to impact our communities, we hope our Bobbie fam is safe and secure. Whenever there is a natural disaster we know that formula is one of the number one items that is needed, so rapid response is one Bobbie for Change's main pillars, led by Michele Lampach. Our inboxes are flooded with requests for infant formula and other baby items in Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, and other areas seeing impacts of Hurricane Helene.?We are currently working with some of our trusted non-profit and medical partners, as well as Bobbie customers, to get formula—and clean water— to families in need as soon as possible ?? Our hearts go out to all those affected. If you have any questions about your Bobbie delivery please reach out to [email protected] ??

Wrapping up a formula-filled weekend with Pediatricians across the US at the American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference. The Bobbie Love and Bobbie Curiosity was at an all time high from pediatricians who fed their own babies Bobbie to those who wanted to learn more about our USDA Organic Infant Formulas and Supplements for their patients. It's a reminder at how personal each parent's feeding journey is-- even when you're a doctor yourself! We listened to stories of Bobbie saving the day during the formula shortage of 2022, of being forced to switch formulas multiple times before finding Bobbie, and the teary-eyed emotional memories of feeding in year one. For anyone who wants to stay in the loop with our Medical Team (led by the fabulous Shira Page, RN, NP, CLC) you can join us at www.bobbiemedical.com See you next year AAP! Thanks to all who stopped by the Bobbie Booth. ??

Our friends over at Cocoon want to know how parents really feel about paid leave—whether they have access to it or not ?? We know that just 27% of workers in the US have access to paid family leave through their employer. But do they think it's enough time? How comfortable are they using all of their leave? How important is paid leave compared to other common benefits? And for the 73% of workers that *don't* have access to paid leave—what kinds of leave have they had to take without pay? What's the bare minimum they'd want to have access to? How has a lack of access to paid leave impacted them? Help them answer these questions (and more) and share your experience to contribute to Cocoon's first national employee survey on the impact of paid leave ??

This is the 5th year of our Bobbie Breastie program that we created hand in hand with The Breasties and we could not be more thrilled to welcome this next class ?? But before we meet the future crew, we asked to hear from some of our past Breasties and this is what they said ?? They shared their stories of survival, their thriving Bobbie babies, and what this program has meant for them and their families. Did you know that previvors, survivors, and thrivers of breast and gynecologic cancer receive a free pump under insurance, but no infant formula or donor milk? UM WHAT. In partnership with The Breasties, we had to do something about that. The Bobbie Breastie program supports previvors and survivors of breast and gynecologic cancers with a free year of Bobbie formula. This is made possible by every customer who has purchased Bobbie whether it’s online or in store. Your support of Bobbie has created a village of support for these Breasties ?? If you or someone you know have been impacted by breast or gynecologic cancer, apply to become a Bobbie Breastie ?? Applications are open until 10/4: https://lnkd.in/ecFYNmxS
