The Nexus on Holmes project is moving right along! Great planning, weather, and execution by our trade partners have produced excellent results putting us ahead of schedule. Nexus on Holmes is a new four-story 249-unit, 239,000 SF student housing community located next to the University of Alabama in Huntsville. The housing community will consist of indoor and outdoor amenities for residents, including two courtyards, an outdoor pool and BBQ grilling area, as well as a community kitchen, TV lounge, multi-purpose room, and quiet study lounges. Boaz Ventures enjoyed another groundbreaking day this week! Boaz Ventures and Capstone Development Partners, LLC, together, celebrated the groundbreaking of Nexus on Holmes, its new purpose-built student-oriented housing community envisioned to serve students, faculty, staff and the community surrounding the immediately adjacent The University of Alabama in Huntsville. A project of this scale doesn’t happen without a special team of individuals and companies. Fite Building Company is off to a great start and Williams Blackstock Architects designed a beauty. Our partners at Redstone Federal Credit Union and Opportunity Alabama have been integral to making this project a reality. Thank you also to Building & Earth and Schoel.
