Another BTC for the books! ?? Traders at Berkeley just completed our fourth annual Berkeley Trading Competition and our second time running it in-person. Some stats from the weekend: - 5 (food-themed) games ranging from mushroom price prediction with data science to live BLT arbitrage ?? - 110 competitors from across the United States and 1 competitor from Canada (hello Calder White) ?? - 35% of competitors have gotten a water cup from Chipotle and filled it with not water ?? - A 25% year-over-year improvement in average game "funness", as measured by exit polling ?? - $2500 for our first place winner, Ryusuke Suehiro! ??
