After a 24-year career in Healthcare Administration, I left healthcare after two very stressful years of managing the complex issues with the COVID pandemic. I had not really had a chance to think about what I was going to do for a second career. BNC found out I was available and wanted to visit. Once I heard of the opportunity, I was very interested. I really enjoy the challenges of banking, and I am so happy that BNC gave me this opportunity. BNC has great people I get to work with, and I really enjoy the customer interactions. If you could spend a day doing something, other than work, what would it be? In the summer it would be spending the day at the lake on the pontoon. In the fall it would be pheasant hunting. I love Pheasant hunting and spending time in the outdoors with my favorite hunting dog! What’s one piece of financial wisdom you would like to share? Pay yourself first! Put a little money into a savings account and a retirement account every pay period. Create a budget and stick to it. Every 6 months you should sit down and figure out where your money is going and cancel things you don’t need and adjust budget as necessary. Spending less than you make is how you can truly grow wealth.
