First day in a new job can be nerve-wracking! Here’s how to set your new sales recruit up for a smooth transition and a successful start with these key onboarding tips:? 1. Announce their first day? Give the team a heads-up so they’re ready to welcome your new hire. A warm intro makes all the difference! 2. Reach out before day one? A quick message with need-to-know details (like dress code or parking) makes them feel prepared and appreciated. 3. Set clear goals Nothing says “success” like clarity. Make sure they understand what’s expected so they can focus and excel. 4. Introduce the team early Start introductions before day one to reduce first-day jitters.
