Baltimore to start 24-hour parking enforcement - Banner https://buff.ly/y7heePt By switching to 24-hour enforcement, city officials hope to step up DOT’s productivity and deliver a service many residents say has been lacking in recent years. Mayor Brandon Scott said in a news release that the decision was “necessary to give our communities the attention they deserve.”
