    Our "bat phone" at BluWave, LP is officially now ringing off the hook for resources that can address the tariff issues. While some of the mania will be the basis for making deals, remember that a lot of what's happening is strategically geared to reshore manufacturing for geopolitical security reasons. Here's what you can and should do, if you haven't already, to turn risk into opportunity: Assess your pricing strategy - think about where you should raise prices and pass through tariffs to preserve margin and, somewhat provactively, actually hold or lower prices to grab market share. Go on a diet - optimize your cost structure wherever possible. Strategically recalibrate your supply chain towards on shore in the U.S. and/or to countries where you'll have more favorable treatment. Use lean six sigma techniques to get more out of less. Get the free money that is available from your indirect spend. See the future - call the right DC advisory groups who can advise you on whats happening behind the curtains so you can play chess not checkers. ABC - Always Be Closing (shoutout to Glengarry Glen Ross!): If you have U.S. based manufacturing capacity, get your sales teams mobilized and selling you out. If you do it right, your capacity should be tapped out and you'll then need your lean six sigma groups to create more capacity. Do as PE does - if you're not expert at these areas, you don't need to and shouldn't recreate the wheel. There is a world of true experts in these areas who can make these things happen with more speed and certainty. If you know them, call them.
