Exciting Developments at Bluhawk ?? Price Brothers is elevating Bluhawk with The Boundary, a $75 million retail expansion that will add six new multitenant restaurant and retail buildings, ranging in size from 13,000 to 75,000 square feet. The Boundary will double the current retail space and create a seamless connection to the state-of-the-art AdventHealth Sports Park. Construction is expected to begin this year, with occupancy anticipated by 2026. JLL, Klover Architects, Inc., and Olsson are partners in bringing this vision to life.
