Its success validated our decision to invest further, leading to the addition of five more properties in Stoke-on-Trent. The results speak for themselves: over the past 12 months, this property has maintained an impressive 85% occupancy rate—an outstanding 310 days booked. Even more remarkable, our current guest has been in residence since October 2024. This journey is a testament to the power of resilience, strategic decision-making, and unwavering commitment to excellence in the short-term rental space.
