Bluewater Civil Design, LLC was established to provide Civil Sitework Engineering services to both private developers and public agencies. Firmly rooted in Greenville, SC, we are conveniently located to provide services throughout the southeast.
Bluewater’s partners include four Professional Engineers with 55+ years of combined experience in all aspects of Civil Sitework Engineering, Land Planning, MS4 Permitting, and NPDES Compliance. Our staff includes 2 PE’s which are LEED Accredited Professionals and 1 SC registered Landscape Architect.
We have experience working with private developers, contractors, municipalities, government agencies, private corporations, school boards, churches, sewer authorities, water authorities, and as sub-consultants to other engineering firms.
Our staff has worked throughout the Southeastern United States on a wide variety of large and small projects. No project is too big or too small for our firm.
