Bluewater is excited to announce the next addition to the team - Rolando F. Velasquez P.E., M.Sc., eMBA. In his new role of the Director of Engineering Operations Rolando will be responsible for the company’s deals execution by leading all efforts to ensure compliant shipping, packaging, seamless logistics, holistic project management, and ongoing operational improvement. Rolando transforms Bluewater’s operations function by building workflows that make for a seamless experience in both domestic and international deals. Rolando's vast experience in battery recycling field allows to establish and improve standards and procedures to minimize risk, ensure compliance, and improve customer service. Prior to joining Bluewater Rolando was leading Compliance and Operations at Call-To-Recycle, the biggest non-profit organization orchestrating consumer battery recycling logistics in the USA.
