We are a company of food lovers and friends from Austin and Dripping Springs Texas that have launched the “first of it’s kind” creamy sauce line. Blue Top Brand™ is not a “drip on” sauce. It is a "squeeze it on thick" creamy sauce. The flavor and spice are balanced perfectly so that it will only enhance your food, not overpower it. You can use Blue Top on top of any of your favorite foods such as: tacos, burgers, fries, pizza, baked potatoes, veggies, sushi, fish, chicken, beef, seafood, pasta, soups and salads. It all started with the Original Street Sauce, inspired by side sauces often served from street food trucks. It is a non-spicy tangy and creamy blend of black pepper and lemon. The other six flavors are all spicy and of course still creamy. They are each paired with a different pepper. They are: Lime Jalapeño, Curry Habanero, Honey Chipotle, Garlic Hatch, Buffalo Cayenne and Cilantro Serrano.
