The Blue Strike Environmental (BSE) mission is to meet the needs of businesses, communities, and the environment by creating innovative solutions designed to balance environmental impacts with community benefit projects which lead to an overall net-zero impact. The founders of BSE have been managing sustainable energy strategies and environmental certifications for over 20 years. Each member of the BSE team brings a unique resume of credentials that enable the firm to be an asset to the climate industry. Past project affiliations include climate action planning, sustainable event management and community legacy strategies. BSE team members have a long history of building sustainability frameworks into one of the largest and most environmentally-impacting segments of the national sporting industry and has a proven track record for distributed energy and advanced energy storage concepts.
Building public/private partnerships, and engaging the community through this process, is paramount to the BSE mission. The BSE team has effectively assembled and managed interdisciplinary teams effectively, playing an integral role in the successful delivery of multifaceted, multi - year environmental projects.
The BSE team has extensive experience managing Council for Responsible Sport environmental certification for PGA TOUR events and other national sporting events. The BSE team has an impeccable record for calculating, tracking and reporting a wide range of sustainability metrics in electricity consumption, fuel consumption, waste and greenhouse gas emissions. Working with sustainability metrics provides them with a concrete understanding of many state policies, regulations and funding opportunities that support these types of mitigation efforts.

Blue Strike is partnering with?Bold Reuse, a full-service reuse company, to conduct a Life Cycle Analysis of their pioneering 100% reusable cup program at a large sports venue—one of the first of its kind. Bold Reuse currently supplies reusable cups to sports and entertainment venues, proving that waste-free events are the future. Our analysis will help measure the environmental impact of this groundbreaking program as well as compare it to other cup options, shaping the future of reuse at sports and entertainment venues. ???Climate Action in Motion!??? Blue Strike was in the City of Pleasant Hill leading a Climate Action Planning Workshop to help shape the city's sustainable future. The room was filled with passionate community members motivated to contribute their ideas and be part of the planning process. Collaboration is key to building a resilient and thriving community, and we're excited to support Pleasant Hill in taking meaningful climate action.

?? Zurich Classic: Sustainability Soars in 2024 ?? We’re proud to spotlight our client, Zurich Classic of New Orleans, for their?886.98% increase?in diverted tonnage for 2024 compared to 2023! ???2024 Stats: ? 33.29 tons of waste diverted (26.23% diversion rate) ? Food donations provided 1,500 meals to the local community ? Recycled 14,000 oysters, supporting Louisiana coastal restoration ?? Water refill stations saved 22,356 bottles from entering landfills, and sustainability programming inspired a partner hotel to launch its first recycling program. None of this would have been possible without our amazing partners,?Realcycle, Glass Half Full, The Green Project, and?CRCL. Together, we’re proving how impactful sustainable events can be.
