This marks an increase from 4.8% in 2022, per the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.

We are so excited about our recent introduction of agrivoltaics at our South plains Solar facility. The 4.5 MW solar project in Lubbock County Texas with South Plains Electric Coop has a new flock in town and we are seeing the benefits already! Agrivoltaics not only creates dual use of the land, where solar power and agriculture win, but the sheep graze to keep the grass down without having to use power to manually mow! Additionally - this amazing process also helps keep dust in control allowing for cleaner panels and more solar production. #sustainability #agrivoltaics #solar #solarpanels? #renewableenergy? #environmentdesign

Recently a few of our wind farms experienced severe winter storms. At our Creston Ridge Wind Farm, some of the access roads saw snow drift to over 10 feet! Our operations and maintenance team, along with some heavy equipment, helped dig out the roads to give our technicians access to the turbines to ensure the operation of our facility to serve our customers. Thanks to our hardworking team members who brave the elements to keep the power flowing.
