Sunday was a beautiful day to participate in the “Out of the Darkness Walk” in Cincinnati. This day brought together those affected by suicide to raise awareness that suicide can be prevented and that no one is alone. Amber Spaeth was sharing mental health resources today at the Clermont County Suicide Prevention Summit Join. The goal is always to “enhance community awareness about the widespread impact of suicide, effective prevention strategies, and available support resources by optimizing accessibility to interventions and dismantling the societal stigma surrounding suicide and mental health disorders”.
