Sellers in Bay Area and / or Los Angeles with early-stage experience (MM & some ENT - selling subscription software) interested in categories such as cleantech & public sector 2. Sellers anywhere in the US with authentic interest in the latest salestech (ideally know the landscape or authentically curious about it) PLUS track records of success in Mid-Market and/or Enterprise with PLG motions & land-and-expand execution here. Must be ready to OWN disco-demo without leaning on SEs. 3. Healthcare tech sellers (anywhere USA) with enterprise sales experience covering HR Tech and / or Revenue Cycle. Must have experience and sustained track records closing 6-figure deals and working with larger numbers of stakeholders. Founders, here’s a fact: There is lots of fully employed talent: - incredibly proficient in their roles - so head’s down & hard working - in the office and/or on the road - extremely goal oriented & achieving Who WILL STILL talk to you about your start-up’s open roles if you know how to get their attention. - But they’re not going to fill out your job form - They’re not on the bench of your VCs - They’re not broadcasting any interest in job change - They’re not networking for your face time - And sorry, they don’t read your LinkedIn posts about “how to stand out in the crowded job market” You need to stand out for them. You have to go find them. They should be part of your hiring funnel This is called passive talent This is no slight on “open to work” talent. Your funnel should always be diverse.
