Today's the day!
I’m thrilled to announce the launch of Blueprint to Great Schools (https://lnkd.in/emE37ktV) to coach school executives and leaders to develop and scale the mindsets, behaviors, and systems to deliver outstanding student outcomes. We've repeatedly heard the same questions from our fellow educators: ?? What does leadership look like in American education today? ?? How do we find, onboard, and keep the right leaders for our schools? ?? What is possible for students, given the challenges educators face? In response, our team has refined the coaching framework – our Blueprint! – that delivered great outcomes in our own experiences as leaders. Now, we are on a mission to bring our Blueprint to our clients, building partnerships on deep trust, open communication, and shared urgency. We’ve already begun work with a handful of executives and education leaders for intensive coaching, fractional management, and strategic planning… with so much more to come.
