David is a shining example of how Latinos are opening doors for each other. As part of our Pa’lante Associate Resource Group (ARG), he is dedicated to making a difference and empowering others. Learn more about his story and the impact he is making in our community: "Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, during the late 80s/early 90s, you could feel the Latin roots throughout the city," David shared. "The Catholic school I attended always held community events: There was a special mass and a small parade followed by a cookout. This really helped everyone come together and bond in a shared culture. Today, I continue the festivities in my own home by teaching my children about their heritage." He added, "I joined Pa’lante because the thought of an ARG was something that spoke to me on a personal level. Not many companies would be willing to support resource groups to this extent. Since joining Pa’lante, what stuck out to me the most is the ability we have to impact all of those around us in our local communities. I’m blessed to be in a leadership position here at BluePearl, and everyday I work to inspire those around me to do something they never thought they could to attain something they’ve never had." #BeingBluePearl #HispanicHeritageMonth #ProudlyMars #DiversityAndInclusion

At BluePearl, we are proud to offer cutting-edge treatments like the CyberKnife technology available at our Malvern, PA, hospital. This non-invasive tool is a game-changer for pets like Cleo, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The CyberKnife allows our Malvern team to treat complex and inoperable tumors with precision and care, and it is the only CyberKnife in the world that is solely used in veterinary medicine. Kudos to our dedicated Malvern team! Together, we are creating A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS. ??
This is Cleo an adorable Shetland Sheepdog that lives in New York. Recently, Cleo’s family noticed her decreased activity levels and lack of appetite, and she was taken to her primary care veterinarian who diagnosed her with a brain tumor. ? Cleo’s family wanted to provide her with the best care they could find, and she was referred to our industry leading oncology team at BluePearl Pet Hospital Malvern in Pennsylvania. At BluePearl Malvern we have an incredibly unique tool at our disposal to help treat pets like Cleo, the CyberKnife. The CyberKnife is a non-invasive treatment for cancerous and non-cancerous tumors and other conditions. It can be an alternative to surgery for patients who have inoperable or surgically complex tumors. In-fact, the CyberKnife used at BluePearl Malvern is the only CyberKnife in the world that is solely used in veterinary medicine. In short, Cleo couldn’t receive the care that our team in Malvern provide anywhere else. When a pet is diagnosed with cancer, it is devastating news, but I couldn’t be prouder of our team, including Siobhan Haney, Dr. Evan Ducker and many more for pioneering industry leading treatments that are designed to improve the lives of pets that are diagnosed with cancer, including Cleo. Our purpose is to create A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS, and I know that through the industry leading tools we are investing in for our Associates and the tireless dedication they have to the pets we serve, we are doing exactly that. #BeingBluePearl #ProudlyMars #ABetterWorldforPets?
