This season of giving thanks, we’re reflecting on the impact of the Bluemont Cares Fund (BCF)—a program by Team Members, for Team Members. Created to provide financial assistance during tough times, BCF has already made a difference for those facing unexpected challenges like illness, injury, natural disasters, or other crises. Since launching just under a month ago, 7 grants have already been awarded, offering up to $1,000 to Team Members in need. One recipient shared: "Knowing I work for a company that truly cares about its employees means knowing I have a place to turn when life gets tough. I found myself in a bind, and the Bluemont Cares Program came through at just the right time. The process was incredibly easy, and the person who assisted me was kind, supportive, and never made me feel ashamed for needing help." This program is open to all Team Members from day one, whether or not you’ve contributed to the fund. It’s a resource for significant and immediate hardship, ensuring that no one has to face life’s challenges alone. We’re so proud of what we’ve accomplished together and thankful for a team that truly cares. ???? This week, we celebrated 15 incredible years since opening our very first store in Hixson, TN. What started with a small team of 80 serving over 10,000 guests in the first week has grown into 90 stores across six markets and seven states.?? Along the way, our 68,000-square-foot fresh bakery has become a cornerstone of our success, supporting 224 stores and ensuring quality and freshness for our guests every day. As part of this milestone, we’re excited to announce the launch of Bluemont Cares, a program created by our team, for our team, to offer support in times of need. Last week, we had a blast at East Tennessee Children's Hospital Pumpkin Fest??, where kids in the hospital and from the community got to enjoy a festive trick-or-treat experience! This week, we’re thrilled to present a grant to ETCH from our National Iced Coffee Day fundraiser through the Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation. Each dollar donated represents one iced coffee sold, and we couldn’t be prouder of how our guests helped make this support possible. This morning we treated City of Kansas City, MO travelers at the Kansas City International Airport to pumpkin coffee, refreshers and Munchkin' samples, along with the opportunity to spin the prize wheel for Dunkin' merch! Guests LOVED the surprise as they came through security and we got to educate them on where our second location is in the terminal.?Thank you to the Vantage Group team for helping make the morning a success!

?? We’re excited to partner with WBIR-TV for 10 Tailgate, celebrating Friday Night Lights throughout the football season! Each Friday, we'll be visiting different schools across East Tennessee to bring you all the pre-game excitement and hype before the biggest football matchups of the week, featured on WBIR-TV. But it’s more than just about the game! Schools featured on 10 Tailgate are also competing off the field for a great cause. The Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee is hosting a Tackling Hunger food drive between the two featured schools each week. So far, the 16 teams that have participated since August 23 have raised an incredible $16,201 and collected 4,389 pounds of food! ???? Tonight, we're thrilled to be at Jefferson County High School, bringing Dunkin’ beverage and donut samples, swag, and more! And next week, we’ll be at the highly anticipated Maryville vs. Alcoa game.
