Tania, our Graduate Highlight for this month, completed our Career Pilot Program in 5.3 months, earning all of her certifications with a first-time pass, which is an incredible achievement! Grateful to be apart of such an amazing CFI class! We have learned so much in the past two weeks and will soon be checking for our Certified Flight Instructor license to teach others how to fly. Taking a pause from the ladies and highlighting the *diversity, equity, and inclusion* in our current CFI Academy. Every single person in this photo has worked incredibly hard, is currently working hard, and will continue to work hard in their aviation careers. No matter what your background is, the only way you can succeed in aviation is through sheer hard work and excellence. This class has the most amount of Latino pilots I’ve had in one class and they are halfway through arguably the hardest rating to obtain as a pilot. This group also includes women and a military veteran and they are all doing fantastic!
