Upstate Capital Association of New York (UVANY to those of us born before the 1990's) came together 20 years ago to provide a unified forum to showcase the economic opportunities that are presented across the rich and varied regions of Upstate NY. Much has changed in those decades between, all driven by the improved quality of the capital activity taking place across the Thruway and the Southern Tier Expressway, up the ADK Northway and down into the Hudson Valley.
