Structural steel is up and interior framing is nearly complete. It's time to get this one under roof next week! H4 ENTERPRISES, LLC has been a fantastic site work partner--this site needed a TON (many tons, actually) of import fill and grading to bring the pad up to the proper grade. Phil and Boomer have been excellent throughout the process. Looking forward to seeing this site with curbing and paving in a few short weeks! What a difference a month makes! The CapEx team has been on a ROLL since we took over this asset back in mid-May. Upgrades include: Replaced existing exterior site lighting, Added additional site lighting (32 to be exact!) Powerwashed all buildings Repainted 9 buildings and all unit doors Installed new keypad and gate controller Installed new cloud-based security interface and brought security cameras back online Removed overgrown landscaping and dead trees Installed new landscaping Renovated leasing office Completed roof repairs Just a few loose ends to tie up before we can close the book on this turnaround! Kudos to all of the subcontractors and the entire CapEx team on a swift and efficient takedown. As a mentor once told me, “A job well planned is a job half done!” Bring on the next one!
