Blue Dot Project

Blue Dot Project, a family of funds, invests in future bioeconomies focusing on regenerative community development, technology, and infrastructure to speed up regenerative processes. We develop innovative capital structures that drive investments into Earth's regeneration by funding the incubation of local regenerative economies, paving the way for positive, lasting impacts on our environment and future. We create sources of funding for the development of regenerative communities through two primary investment categories: Regenerative Community Development (RECODE) projects. - Regenerative land development and real estate - Local regenerative agriculture and food production - Nature-based enterprises - Green infrastructure projects Technologies or infrastructure to accelerate regenerative community development success, including: - Water management - Soil remediation - Clean energy - Market access - Enabling technologies - Blockchain infrastructures In the Global North, Blue Dot Project focuses on creating regenerative communities through Regenerative Real Estate projects. In the Global South, the Blue Dot Project supports keystone landscapes in partnership with Indigenous communities through the creation of green infrastructure projects that generate profits while healing communities and landscapes.
