It was a grand day for a Grand Opening as BrightBloom Centers opened its FOURTH location on September 12! CEO Diliana Henry, BCBA, pictured with Blue Blaze co-owners Wendy Scott and Sandy Taccone, cut the ribbon on the new facility in Elkton, MD. The new facility will allow BrightBloom to serve even more children with autism and other special needs by providing a variety of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapies including diagnostic evaluations and early intervention. It’s been our pleasure to work with BrightBloom for four years leading up to this big day!

What defined the backbone of our country's workforce during the last World War? The six million women who became trailblazers in traditionally male-dominated roles. Titled Rosie the Riveters, these women stepped up to work in factories and shipyards to help turn the tide of the war. Even further, gender and racial discrimination during this period paved the path for passing the Equal Pay Act of 1963 and the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
