Helping businesses support working parents and develop their gender balance and wider inclusion strategies.

关于我们

The Bluebell Partnership was founded with the vision of creating a world of work where working parents and women in leadership can reach their full potential. Where flexibility is the norm - whether you have children or not. Where it's as commonplace to find a man taking extended leave on the birth of a child as it is a woman. Where becoming a parent or being a woman in leadership is universally recognised for the value that can bring to a business. It has grown from there into a business working with clients to help them develop and implement their wider inclusion strategies to help all employees reach their full potential in the workplace, whatever their background, personal circumstances, and beliefs. Clients range from big corporates through to start ups, across a wide variety of sectors from construction and leisure to property and marketing. Every engagement is tailored accordingly, but they all have one thing in common - they’re not box ticking. They’re trying to make a difference, to change how their businesses work for the better.

This feeling just doesn't seem to get old! A big thank you to the team at Waterstones Trafalgar Square for asking me to sign the book and giving it pride of place on the shelves... Seems fitting too as I've just found out the first book sale numbers and whilst they're only for the first couple of weeks post launch the really exciting insight is that bookshops outsold Amazon by a large margin. Why is that a big deal? Amazon typically (I'm told) deliver 75% of sales. I LOVE this! And not just because I love bookstores. But because it also backs up my theory - this content is hugely valued but it needs to be put in front of people at the right time - in the case of bookstores, whilst browsing the pregnancy / parenting section. They won't go looking for this because they don't know this kind of support exists, which ironically is why I wrote the book and the biggest challenge in marketing it. And it's given me a little boost to keep pushing for ways to get this in front of the people who need it most... Practical Inspiration Publishing, Ben Cameron, Waterstones
