Buildings are going vertical and construction is in full swing at The Preserve, located on Hwy 29 between Ronald Reagan Blvd and I-35 in Georgetown, TX! The Preserve is a mixed-use commercial development with Class A retail space, multi-story office space, and flex space. When fully completed, the project will contain 18 buildings and over 200,000 SF of commercial space, transforming the Hwy 29 corridor in Georgetown. The complex will cater to a wide variety of users, with both small and large footprints available, and will have space available for sale and lease.
