This Wednesday I had the privilege of attending the Centre County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association's annual auction benefitting the Blue & White Society's THON efforts! I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to network with alumni and connect through our passion of working towards a future without childhood cancer. I want to thank the Centre County Chapter for supporting our organization's mission with these wonderful events and everyone from Blue & White Society who worked towards making this collaboration so successful! We are, For The Kids!

Hello! My name is Rusham Katoch, and I serve as the President of Blue & White Society. I want to inform our BWS family and Alumni about the creation of the Blue & White Society Alumni Interest Group. ? Alumni Interest Groups (AIG) are defined as groups of alumni who have common interests arising out of their University co-curricular activities or common cultural or professional interests. To form an AIG, BWS must get 50 signatures to display that we have an interest in Alumni volunteering. As a volunteer who has dedicated time to the betterment of Blue & White Society, we invite you to be a part of this exciting new initiative. What a year it has been so far! Blue &?White Society has been proud to offer the Penn State community events in the winter season such as our campus-wide event, Snow Much Fun, and our THON fundraiser, Winter Festival! Our members made memories at our various General Member meetings which featured gingerbread house decorating, a craft night, and more. To round out the end of the last semester, Blue & White Society members were invited to an alumni luncheon/bus trip to New York City, where they met with local alumni and explored the city. This semester, we have much more planned, including our Bid it to Win it auction benefiting THON, PSI??U week, and monthly general member meetings! On January 14th, our very own Centre County Alumni held an auction in support of our BWS THON Organization. In record breaking fashion, we were able to eclipse 21k in support of THON! Many thanks to CCCPSAA and all those who attended! It is always FTK and as always, WE ARE. #PennState #WeAre

It was an honor to attend the Centre County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association’s auction fundraiser this past weekend to benefit The Blue & White Society’s THON efforts. With the generosity of Penn State alumni, we raised over $18,000! Once again I’m amazed, but no longer surprised, by the power of the Penn State alumni network. Thank you to all who attended! We THON in just one month!

This past weekend I had the amazing opportunity to attend Centre County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association’s annual auction fundraiser to raise money for The Blue & White Society’s THON efforts. Together, we were able to raise over $21,000 FTK!!
