This project could have been a disaster, but thanks to Blue Sky Design & Build's problem-solving approach, it turned into a success. The original design for the fountain at Braker Pointe Courtyard was a long 2x12 board around the edge (3rd pic). We installed it that way, but there were issues with gaps along the concrete, and the client wasn’t satisfied. So, we worked with MWM DesignGroup to redesign the feature with a radial pattern (1st and 2nd pictures). This new design fixed the concrete issues. In the end, the challenges led us to a better solution.

We recently finalized construction on a spacious deck and railing project for The Grove Wine Bar + Kitchen. This new addition promises to provide an excellent venue for patrons to indulge in fine dining and beverages. This was a big project. It’s hard to capture in one or two images. I’m focusing on details here because the details are fantastic. This is at Braker Pointe office park in N. Austin. We implemented 2 large curvilinear decks, a bridge feature and the accent wood at the water feature. This was our first project with @brightview, hoping to be the first of many.
