Today is the agency’s 30th Anniversary. First, nothing would be possible without my faith and trust in God. Second, I’ve been asked a lot about the key to being a successful entrepreneur. I used to say tenacity and perseverence. But now, I don’t believe that’s accurate… I think the key is courage. Yes, tenacity and perseverence are important, but without integrity, they mean little. When you add integrity, they become courage. Courage is the key! I’m deeply honored to have worked with so many who have been part of this journey. Thank you!
