    It’s an exciting year for West Sacramento, CA! The community is set to become even more vibrant, with the Oakland A’s (Athletics) making Sutter Health Park their new home for the next few years and the launch of Pierside, delivering 260 waterfront apartments, 21 townhomes, and a mixed-use office/retail building. In alignment with the broader vision for The Bridge District, Fulcrum Property and Blue Rise Ventures are committed to creating a dynamic Innovation District that will anchor West Sacramento as a hub for cutting-edge research and development of tomorrow’s technology.     Meet the newest member of Blue Rise based out of Dallas, Tom Stewart! As Vice President, Tom will oversee acquisitions and asset management in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, furthering BRV’s commitment to strategic investments in advanced manufacturing and industrial assets in Texas. Prior to joining Blue Rise, Tom spent 3 years at Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets, where he worked on more than 100 debt and equity transactions totaling $5 billion across all asset types. As a Dallas native, Tom is our local expert on the ground, bringing a wealth of experience and market knowledge. His background makes him an invaluable asset to our growing team. Welcome, Tom! Their breakthrough industrial-scale electrolyzer, Opus?, works like photosynthesis, converting CO2, water and renewable energy into hydrocarbons, the building blocks for chemicals, materials and fuels. Twelve’s flagship product is E-Jet? SAF, a Power-to-Liquid jet fuel made from CO2, water and renewable electricity.?It has up to 90% lower lifecycle emissions than conventional jet fuel.
