Producing events involves a significant amount of work, and we understand that identifying your needs can feel overwhelming. We’re here to simplify the process. When we talk about “Hospitality Management,” we mean: -Coordinating with sponsors for logistical and hospitality needs. -Leading the planning and execution of catering for staff and participants. -Designing hospitality tent layouts and addressing infrastructure requirements. -Creating a comprehensive hospitality operations manual—because organization is key! -Managing the ordering of all necessary equipment and supplies. -Coordinating staffing to meet operational and catering demands. These are just a few examples of the operational support we provide to help clients successfully produce their events. #bluepalletevents #hospitalitymanagement #vendormanagement

In event production, there are major key details that are absolutely necessary for a smashing success of an event. However, we firmly believe, that even the little details offer big punches. Last minute requests? We got it. Finishing touches to ensure consistency and elegance on game day? Yep, handled! Behind the scenes organization so that event day runs to completion without hiccups? But of course! BPE will always treat the little details to equal levels of importance as to the big details when producing your event, and that is a promise.??#bluepalletevents #eventproduction #events

Fun fact! In 2024, the BPE team produced events in a grand total of 21 different states and 3 different countries (USA, Finland and Australia). Catch us if you can! #bluepalletevents #eventsteam #eventcompany

Events without smiles and giggles in the background, wouldn’t really be a BPE event. Here are a few of our favorite moments from the 2024 event season! 1. Bobby finishing out the Susan G. Komen event season with the ultimate support-pink hair! 2. Being introduced to Linda’s and spending time with her favorite crew made Liana’s first Seattle visit a top moment. 3. Ice cream in Finland- it just tastes different, trust us! 4. Emily and Liana’s new best friend 5. For Liana, walking over Deception Pass while Bike MS cyclists ride by ::chefs kiss::? 6. Getting fancy at the Lung Cancer Research Foundation Innovation Gala 7. Course recon in Chicago via one of our favorite modes of transportation-bike 8. Gabe with the Blue Pallet, because this one is a classic. 9. Times Square tourists. 10. A rare moment when you see your colleague escorting a large bird to an event…. Or is it? 11. Nothing to see here. 12. Schlepping french barricades in the Colorado heat and sun with these two. #bluepalletevents #evensteam #eventcompany #eventproduction

I took off my Lotus Counseling Center, LLC therapist hat for a few weeks to be back with my Start Line Team for another amazing NYC Marathon with Blue Pallet Events (and my peeps at Eventage of course!) The largest marathon in history is in the books!
-
As a kid growing up in NYC, I’d always run past the #NYCMarathon finish line and stand behind the barricades taking pictures. Being on the other side of the barricades as a member of the team producing the event is one of the greatest feelings I’ve had. A world record breaking 55,646 athletes with different reasons for running, different stories from training, different backgrounds, ages, races and identities came to NYC with one goal- finish the 2024 TCS NYC Marathon. Once again, the first Sunday in November was an incredible 26.2 block party through the greatest city in the world. Seeing countless friends and family as well as total strangers make the journey from Staten Island to Central Park makes the months of planning worth it. I’m so thankful to work alongside the incredible team at New York Road Runners who work throughout the year to help people build healthier lives and stronger communities through the transformative power of running. Without or partners including Blue Pallet Events, Dawn Patrol Productions, Michelle La Sala- Blistering Pace Race Management, we couldn’t expand to host 55,000+ athletes at the start and finish on race day. We also couldn’t do it without our partners at all of the city agencies and I’m especially thankful for everyone who help us not only on marathon week but throughout the year. The countdown for for 2025 is on!

Why don't more women mountain bike? Well, lots of great reasons. How can we remove barriers and create a more welcoming and diverse trail community? JOYRIDE last weekend was a tremendous start for the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition It's baby steps, but it's a start. Huge thanks to?Amanda Presgraves?for making JOYRIDE a huge success and helping lead the?Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition?on a path to expanding access to trails and our outdoor places for women and others who are historically underrepresented. JOY ride wouldn't be possible without the support of many folks and organizations. First and foremost, Massanutten Resort for the Western Slope Trail system AND their partnership to provide shuttles and rentals for the event. The number of coaches who showed up was incredible, allowing for some incredible skills clinics and group rides. Harlan Price and Phoebe Price of Take Aim Cycling helped get the event off the ground with their generous financial support. We have to thank one of our newest partners this year Blue Pallet Events for believing in our work and fully supporting getting more women and kids on bikes!
When was the last time you saw 130 women and girls?of all levels, abilities, and ages?gathered around the trails mountain biking? Only 17 percent of mountain bikers in the U.S. are women, and within our Coalition community, ~30% of participants are women. Launching JOYRIDE, an all-day women's and girls' mountain biking event at the Western Slope, was about creating pathways for more women and girls to get into the sport and enjoy it for life. We were stunned when we reached capacity for this event and had to start a waitlist, demonstrating the?clear demand for gathering among an uplifting, encouraging, and inclusive community of women and girls to celebrate riding together, learning, and fostering friendships. The day included?professional clinics, Massanutten shuttles, group rides, lunch and snacks, mocktail tastings, a raffle, and a bumping base camp with a fire, music, and smores on a beautiful fall day. Thank you?National Interscholastic Cycling Association,?GRiT,?She Sends,?Take Aim Cycling,?Massanutten Resort,?and?Blue Pallet Events?for sponsoring the event ?? we are additionally grateful for SO many of our community members who brought this day to life, especially the dozens and dozens of volunteers who led and swept rides, helped with lunch, checked folks in, offered their skills and allowed this community-centered day possible???? And a big thank you to Demetra Heckman and Kristin Gibson, the ShenRock coaches who wanted to see more female representation and served as the lead volunteers and planning team for this event.

While the 2024 fall event season has wrapped up, the behind-the-scenes activity is far from quiet. Our team is already hard at work preparing for the 2025 kickoff with the 2nd annual RADL GRVL event scheduled for January. Although it’s only early November, we all know how quickly time passes this time of year. But seriously, we are having deja vu! For this event, we are excited to be working with other production companies on the ground, such as KSJ Events, to produce this mass-start gravel event. Last year’s event saw 250 riders and this year will be plenty more! Stay tuned for January 2025 as we go down under. Photos: RADL GRVL #bluepalletevents #eventsteam #eventcompany
