Supporting community is a key element in our work and we are blessed as a company to make philanthropy and volunteerism a vital component of what we do.?In 2024, our Blue Ocean Blue Cares initiatives made donations to?11 causes with close to $42,500 in contributions.? ? The organizations?we supported were: American Heart Association Association, Pass IT On, Inc - Community Technical Training On, Parkinson's Foundation, Manna House, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Thread, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, House of Ruth, Hampstead Little Free Pantry, METRO FERALS INC, and K9s For Warriors ? In 2025, we aim to make an even greater impact on the organizations and causes that mean most to our team members and support our communities.?

Sharing the progress of the Red Run Blvd storage facility, a project that has undergone a remarkable transformation. Initially, the facility had been an @ADP headquarters and after COVID, stood on the market for some time, showing signs of deterioration. Our Blue Ocean Team recognized its strong potential due to its solid structure and prime location, which offered significant upside. After rolling up our sleeves, we reimagined the space, investing in redevelopment efforts that have preserved its value so it can continue to be a contributor in the community. Thanks to our incredible team (Ethan Frey @JonathanRutman @DanBlock and many others), the facility spans 110,000 square feet across 5 acres, now offering a mix of 296 outdoor drive-up and 860 interior climate controlled storage units.

This month, Blue Cares is supporting House of Ruth… Since 1977, House of Ruth Maryland has been leading the fight to end violence against women and their children.
