On February 15th, students from both the University of North Carolina and Duke University travelled to the Kenan-Flagler School of Business to meet for the first time. We are so excited to share the first-ever cohort of students in the first-ever student-managed organization between Duke and UNC. Our associates from three different concentrations—Investment Banking, Consulting, and Quantitative Finance—met their counterparts, and kicked off our Bridge Conference. At BlueBridge, within the core of our values is unity. This initiative is an endeavor to connect students beyond a blue-shirt rivalry. As scholars, financiers, and pre-professionals, we've come together to start something new between our campuses. Our founders, Derek Lippert and Benson Wang spoke on this hallmark. A special thanks to our COO and VP's Beckett Kreter, Kiara Casmer, and Sachin Shah for also opening and closing our conference.

As we begin to close out selections for our first-ever cohort, we are delighted to formally introduce the 2023-24 Sector Heads for?BlueBridge Partners, at Duke University. Please join us in welcoming?Mark Ghattas,?Hamza S. Islam, Shaan Patel,?and Jean Pierre Leignadier! Each of these exceptional individuals are set to lead our inaugural cohort on February 13th and will leave the first, of many, legacies at BlueBridge. We are excited to soon unveil our new associates between the two institutions. They are nothing short of outstanding. This is the start of something new between our communities, and we look forward to strengthening the ambitions shared of the next generation.
