King grass (shown in this video) can grow up to 15 to 18 feet tall and is one of Blue Biofuels' main energy crops! At Blue Biofuels, we are driving innovation in renewable energy with high-yield crops such as King Grass. This energy-dense feedstock can produce five to seven times more ethanol per acre than corn, making it a highly efficient and sustainable alternative. By utilizing the entire plant, we significantly enhance ethanol production efficiency while reducing waste. Additionally, by incorporating agricultural byproducts such as sugarcane bagasse and corn stover, we maximize land use and harvesting efficiency. As we continue to develop cost-effective, scalable biofuel solutions, King Grass plays a crucial role in supporting a cleaner, more sustainable energy future. #cleanfuel?#cleanenergy?#biofuel

A positive development in sustainable energy! The White House has approved a $782 million loan for a Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) plant in Montana—a significant step forward for clean energy investment. With billions of dollars in Energy Department loans for clean energy projects still frozen, this approval signals renewed commitment to clean energy initiatives. This approval supports domestic energy production, U.S. energy security, and economic growth and job creation, key priorities on Trump’s agenda. This is a promising move in the right direction! https://lnkd.in/eJrRu6rd #SAF #CleanEnergy #Sustainability

Blue Biofuels is happy to announce the signing of a contract for 35.5 acres of land in Frostproof, Florida, where we plan to build a 3 million gallon per year production facility with the infrastructure and space to scale up to 100 million gallons per year of cellulosic ethanol and 100 million gallons per year of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). We are working together with GMP to develop the design and engineering plans for the first phase of the facility.? This collaboration ensures a strong foundation for the company’s state-of-the-art biofuel production plant. We are excited to be moving towards commercialization and to continue on this journey to driving sustainable energy solutions. We also look forward to bringing substantial economic benefits to the Frostproof community. The construction phase will generate approximately 150 jobs with additional permanent high-skilled roles once the facility becomes operational. #PressRelease?#Environment?#Biofuels?#SAF?#BlueBiofuels?#BIOF?#CleanEnergy

With Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) emerging as the primary solution to reduce long-term operational emissions, airlines are increasingly setting ambitious targets for blending SAF with conventional fuels. Bloomberg NEF (BNEF) has tracked 44 airlines with SAF targets, either individually or through alliances.? ? Countries are also stepping up their commitments to SAF with regulations and mandates for SAF, and demand is increasing.? ? The US and EU already have SAF mandates and targets in place. And now in the UK as well. The UK SAF mandate officially came into effect on January 1 this year, the law now requiring SAF to account for at least 2% of all jet fuel?in flights departing from the UK. This mandate is set to grow to 10% by 2030?and 22% by 2040. ? As the push for cleaner skies accelerates, supported by both legislature and airlines themselves, Blue Biofuels?is ready with a leading carbon reduction of 83-100%. ? #Sustainability #SAF #BlueBiofuels #CleanAviation #CarbonReduction

Blue Biofuels has officially partnered with Global Management Partners (GMP) to develop Front-End Loading (FEL-2) engineering plans for a new production facility. This facility will be designed to produce three million gallons of biofuel annually from cellulosic biomass. These detailed plans will lay out the groundwork for constructing a state-of-the-art production facility, designed to showcase the scalability and efficiency of Blue Biofuels’ CTS technology. This milestone brings us closer to commercializing our unique Cellulose-to-Sugar (CTS) technology—a breakthrough that transforms agricultural waste and biomass into renewable biofuels. ?? learn more at: https://lnkd.in/gQRfqMGF #Biofuels #RenewableEnergy #SustainableFuture

Celebrating Progress in Biofuel: Renewed Support for Ethanol Under Trump’s Re-Election The Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) and other ethanol groups are congratulating Trump on his re-election, expressing a commitment to work with his administration to advance biofuel and ethanol use across the country. Trump has supported biofuels and ethanol in his first term, notably advocating for year-round sales of E15, a higher ethanol blend. His first term demonstrated his dedication to supporting American-made energy solutions that benefit farmers, rural economies, and everyday consumers. "Trump understands that ethanol lowers fuel costs for hard-working families, reduces dependence on foreign energy sources, helps farmers, and boosts the rural economy," said Geoff Cooper, RFA President and CEO. "We are committed to collaborating with the Trump administration on the many opportunities that lie ahead for renewable fuels." Emily Skor, CEO of Growth Energy, added, "President Trump has championed consumer access to American-made, lower-cost ethanol options at the pump and has expanded markets for U.S. ethanol." The road ahead for renewable fuels looks bright! This is not just about energy—it's about creating a resilient, sustainable future that champions local communities and domestic production. Let’s keep up the momentum toward energy independence and economic growth! ???? #RenewableFuels #Biofuel #Ethanol sources: https://lnkd.in/gYEg52ZC https://lnkd.in/g-jAUQVN https://lnkd.in/dtHsNvGy
